Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GLAB AI, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use GLAB AI. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

GLAB AI operates on a credit-based model. New accounts receive 100 free credits upon signup. Additional credits are purchased in USD via NowPayments (cryptocurrency). The current credit-to-USD ratio is 1 credit = $0.001 USD.

Each AI model has a credit cost per token. The applicable rates are displayed in the workspace at the time you send each request. Credits are deducted when you use a model. Free credits never expire.

Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely unless your account is terminated for cause.

You may not use GLAB AI to:

• Generate content that violates applicable law (UAE, India, or your jurisdiction)
• Create CSAM, non-consensual intimate content, or content depicting real persons without consent
• Generate weapons-related, biohazard, or terrorism-facilitating content
• Spam, phish, defraud, harass, or impersonate others
• Reverse engineer the service, scrape the workspace, or attempt to extract model weights
• Resell GLAB AI access as an unmodified service to third parties
• Bypass our credit metering, rate limits, or abuse-detection systems

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund, and where required, reporting to law enforcement.

You own the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate. We claim no rights over your content beyond what is necessary to operate the service (processing, storage, transmission to the model provider you select).

Note that AI-generated content may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions and may inadvertently resemble third-party works. You are responsible for verifying that outputs you use commercially do not infringe on others' rights.

When you select a third-party model (Gemini, Llama, GPT-4, Claude, etc.), your prompts and outputs are processed by that provider under their respective terms. GLAB AI is not responsible for outages, content policy enforcement, or pricing changes from upstream providers.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. We are not liable for usage disruptions caused by upstream model providers, your network, or force majeure events.

You may delete your account at any time from the workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or where required by law.

Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Unused purchased credits are forfeit only if termination is for cause; otherwise we will refund the unused balance pro rata.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GauriLabs FZ-LLC's total liability arising from your use of GLAB AI is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) and the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless local consumer-protection law in your country grants you additional non-waivable rights.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
